Self-registration is carried out online. Head to the login page and select Register. Complete the online user registration form. Passwords can't be the same as any of the 12 previous passwords used. User Accounts are locked for 30 mins after 10 incorrect login attempts in 24-hour period. Nominated passwords must be a minimum of 8 characters and include 3 of the following 4 items
Once you have completed the form select Register. Following this you will be sent a self-activation email to enable your account.
Note: Only users with a @prominate.com e-mail address will be able to self-validate accounts via the confirmation email. All other registrations will not be accepted.
Unit prices displayed are in $US and are based on Ex. Works terms. Prices are exclusive of any local VAT and any freight charges.

35% deposit is required upon order confirmation. Deposits must be received within 5 business days or the order will be cancelled.
Balance (65%) payable when goods are delivered to your nominated forwarder.
As per the Prominate Group Buy process, there is an 18% margin on all prices for Prominate partners. Out of this margin, you are responsible to pay the agreed Prominate rebate as per your Prominate licensing agreement.
All prices provided are ex-freight, So once your order is finalised, please quote your local Castrol contact for freight, duties and taxes. It is up to the discretion of the Prominate Partner if a margin is applied to this charge.
The full Castrol Heritage range 2.0 has been approved by Castrol. All pre-production samples have also been approved by Castrol but the final items may vary slightly in mass production.
